Shipping Costs

Orders under $30.00 are charged a flat rate of $7.00. Orders over $30.00 are shipped free.

Time Frame

All in-stock orders placed before 3:00pm usually ship out the same day. Typically orders placed after 3:00pm will be shipped the following day. Orders placed Friday after 3:00pm will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed in public holiday will be shipped in the next business day.

Shipping time usually takes 1-3 working days for the items to most metro areas whilst it could take up to 5 days for more remote areas.

We ship order from our warehouse in Melbourne

You will received your order detail via email and tracking number if shipped by Australia post eParcel  a few hours after the item leaves our facility.

Transit times start when your package leaves our facility. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
