Shipping Information

Free shipping applies to all orders within Australia unless order is under $20.00 which will be charged $7.00 as shipping fee.

We use Australia post eparcel. So you can track your package online by the tracking information in email after your order was placed.

Estimated shipping times are just guidelines. We usually ship orders on the same day that we receive them. You may expect to receive orders in just 2 to 5 days.
Any orders that we have in stock will be ship out on the same day as long as the order comes in before 3PM in work week. Otherwise the order will be shipped in next business day.

We offer Free shipping on all the orders which is over $20.00 Australia wide. For any orders under $20.00 we will charge $6.00 as postage.
Online orders can be tracked by logging into your account on our website. An also you can track order status online by using your email address and order number if you have not registered. An email confirmation that your order has been shipped is sent out for both online and phone order.
Tracking information will be sent in an automated email following your order. You can track your order through the shipping company’s website with the information provided in that email.
You can log into our website to look up your tracking information if you order online. Or you can simply give a call if your order was placed over the phone.
Once your order has been placed, only the last 4 digits of your credit card are visible to our representatives for verification purposes. Our employees do not have access to your credit card information.
Our customers can use paypal, bank deposit and cheque payment.
Within 7 and 14 days. You should be able to find your refund on your paypal or bank account.
Our policy is always issue refunds in the same method that we received them. This means that you will receive a cheque only if your original payment was in the form of a cheque. The same goes for credit card and Paypal payment.

Any product that you buy from 4ink.com.au comes with a 90 days 100% satisfaction guarantee since your purchase day. If you find a problem with your order, we will gladly refund your purchase price or exchange your item.
You can return the majority of our products for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable if any, unless there has been a packing error.
If your package is in free postage and you want to refund we will refund full purchase price minus $9.00 as shipping cost
